Hi Everyone I am working as a ServiceNow Developer with 6.75 LPA ( 6.1 fixed ) . I got an offer from PWC with 10.5 LPA fixed + 20% variable and I accepted the offer. Now I got another offer from IBM with 11.5 fixed + 10% variable. My LWD is May 02 I want to Negotiate with PWC if they can give more than IBM . My query is How much can I ask for with PWC ? Cognizant is quite professional when its about job security. If you are not needed or not tagged to a project, please find your way out. However the culture is good, policies are at par with American MNC's. The management takes care of its people and is currently going overboard to please existing employees.

My function. The bosses in my vertical are blinkered. They generally have a team of their own people (since ages and across organizations), who are treated to all the goodies. Dedication and sincerity is not appreciated and mediocrity is a completely acceptable standard. All you need to do is, be in your boss's good books. Too much internal politics, with a toxic atmosphere.
