Higher officials should listen both side position before appraisal.

Work Details

Though its a long gap..individual importantance on appraisal promotion position not bothered.I asked for onsite travel that time before marriage but...not taken proper steps.politics.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
