(Cognizant) phinix "H4 building", work-life balance it's not possible it's a BPO SECTOR it's a 10 hour's work ROTATION SHIFT you only have to work no other activities happens you will get fed-up FRUSTRATED. The company management DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT THE AGENTS WHO WORK THERE. ITS ONLY POLITICS. THE MORE YOU👅THERE AS 🫏 AND ACCEPT WHAT ALL THEY SAY YOU ARE SAFE. The cognizant H4 building company dose not take you for an outing. They only have annual yearly party Organized for perticular projects. For team outing they ask the agents to add money to go out for a dinner. We all have to work just like 🐶 . I don't have an option and I am stuck in Cognizant company. I had been worked in cognizant for almost 2.9 years. Overall it was good to work with cognizant , up and downs were there but during my bench period I learned too many technologies that help me to grow in personal and professional growth thankful that cognizant have free Udemy access however each and everyone can learn the new technologies.

There's lots of opportunities to grow and get skilled in latest technologies. Certification opportunities and widely available. Work Life balance vary from project to project.

Dislikes

Even though the fixed components are higher than many companies, it's quite less compared to many leading it giants. The yearly increment is very less and it's zero to none for freshers. Appraisal of 5 star rating is almost never given even after going above and beyond expectations. You'll be compensated with bare minimum cheer points.

Nothing I liked. One of the torcher organisation. Making people to commit Suicide with their behaviour. No support from anyone.

One of the worst organisation I have worked in my entire life. With no good faculty no work support. Making human torcher with their work. Mis-using of all leads. There is no person who is ready to listen to agents. If we do anything or not it's completely comes under our fault. If you don't know anything if you ask its your fault.

No hike, no job security, no skill development, no easy transportation.even if you learn new technologies they will ask for experience and make you work in technology which you already know.if you do "jing jack" you will get everything else you will be cornered and make you to think resigning is best than staying there

Office environments is good and I was worked as a process executive with Google client it's a mapping process

Don't expect any appraisal or hikes or any benefits. And you have to follow strictly office timing there is no any exception. They are following some office politics and favorites. No leaves approval you have to beg for your leaves approval
