Initially when I joined on the culture seems to be good, but now a days managing is really bad. Even though they are designated to the manager position, unfortunately they doesn't know how to manage. Otherwise it's a good place to start with career.

For a fresher, it was pretty good for me. I learnt so much things related to processes and testing methodologies...overall very satisfied with my time at Cognizant and would really savour the chance to go back at a higher level capacity
