Its completely dependent on the Manager you are reporting to, but ideally the evironment is not great. The senior managment doesn't know how to lead by example. They are trying to enfore work, they are in frenzy

Cognizant has strong capebilities in delivering technology services with a robust support. People are satisfied working here but since past couple of years company has not given ample opportunitiesto employees in terms of growth and compensastion

The company management DOSE NOT CARE ABOUT THE AGENTS WHO WORK THERE. ITS ONLY POLITICS. THE MORE YOU👅THERE AS 🫏 AND ACCEPT WHAT ALL THEY SAY YOU ARE SAFE. The cognizant H4 building company dose not take you for an outing. They only have annual yearly party Organized for perticular projects. Don't expect any appraisal or hikes or any benefits. And you have to follow strictly office timing there is no any exception. They are following some office politics and favorites. No leaves approval you have to beg for your leaves approval
