Behaviour and co-operation of teammates and team leads was good

Too much politics was there. People who work sincerely does not get any onsite opportunity or timely promotion. In some projects work satisfaction was not there.

Learning is good and teammates were guru , job security is not ok, training is too good, career growth depends on business units, salary is little better, appraisal is in Business unit performance, travel is good, politics were the things that we can learn here, work environment is pleasant, innovation is always written in mails but not executed well, work life balance is in our hand .

I wont say any new things to complain just like another IT company it always have the same dislikes.
