Delayed hikes and promotions, Extended work hours due to hybrid work policy. Pets take most of the perks unless you work so hard that they have to share some. What I like most about cognizant is their toxic work culture and politics. To be honest, if there were jobs offers I wud have left cognizant, unfortunately my career is losing grip because of Emi's and rent pay. They just only pay you 20k for 4 years, no promotions, no awards, no recognition and no growth. And they ( Home Managers) fake all their policies and they humiliate people in front of all the teammates and colleagues, likewise in front of 40-50 group ppls if there is work done 80/100 % and if we ask about wholesome variables pay and incentives, they forced you to go to cognizant portal and give resignation. I have every screenshot of humiliation and disrespectful and cheating of my managers and other project heads...Read More
