The office environment is so good that you will not even notice how years are passing. Opportunities a given based on the availability. Adopting new changes in the overall organization structure.

Dislikes

The area where cognizant is lagging behind is compensation of well deserved employees. Due to which the employees are not motivated for adopting the changes. The technology used is in fact mediocre. Not upto the level of other service providers. Recently the company has lot of bad reviews, despite that the company is doing pretty good.

Work Details

The work which i am into is kind of boring. But normally in other areas i can see employees innovate and implement changes as much as possible.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
