- The lack of company politics - Flexible timings

- The lack of employee incentive, the very least you could do is to give a bi-annual bonus? - 3 month notice period - There is no culture for me to even comment on it, it's strictly show up for work and log off in the evening, basic corporate life that you'll soon come to hate

Employer’s Response

This is coming from a person who was supported without any questions during their domestic problems with months of leaves, keeping employed in spite of lack of commitment to work, constantly missing deliverables, getting fired from client project. But, still has the audacity to demand bonus for remaining a dead weight where as it is paid for performance provided they stay for a certain time which is spelt out clearly in the letter. Wonder why they lack gratitude and forget all the support they receive during their tough times.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
