Our manager's are very supportive and kind hearted. Equlaency for all the employees and no pressure or work load, even we celebrated all the functions and festivals together and also went for the trips..

They take out for games and parties.

Dislikes

Clients don't behave well with employees. Management put blame on employees for any kind of mismanagement. Staff is under staffed, under qualified and over worked. There is no training, directly clients given to you. So, employees generally leave this company within 1 year except favorites of management. Office is well made well butToilet is shared with another company on the same floor which is makes it difficult for employees specially because of dirty and bad smell. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
