Only for 2 person - Rajarsi Ojha and Sharath kumar Good people are leaving Cogenthub. Their behaviour is very unprofessional. Rajarsi Ojha shouts in front of everyone irrespective of male and female employees. He does not know how to speak. Sharath is a person who never allows others mainly the team leaders to speak , whatever he dictates everyone has to do the same. People do not leave company as company is never bad , people leave managers like Rajarsi Ojha and Sharath kumar.. They were the worst and disgusting managers I have ever worked with. Mr Avinash Vasa - I really wanted to work in your company for long, which I always told you that I will work here for long , but working with Rajarsi Ojha is next to impossible for his extremely poor behaviour... Requesting Vasa sir to make visibility of this as most of the top performers are not performing and leaving because of Rajarsi Ojha only...
