While we talk about any dislike there is nothing which you dislike in cogent you will get the best guidence from every supervisor even with the GM itself came to meet you up for the work pressure how you feel.

For being a fresher once you step up with any organisation you feel pressure but once you enjoying your work experience on it you will be able to manage these pressure so calmly that even you can bult up the confidence with your team.
