It is like a government job no worries of job loss.

Dislikes

There are too much internal senior level politics. Also they will not appreciate you for your good work . The systems are out dated the reason behind is the seniors are not working only the new hires and juniors are working so they don’t think like system needs to be updated they are using the system which are outdated 5 years ago .

NIIT Smart Serve was a great company to work with few years back now it has got corrupted due to few managers who are not tenured.

Dislikes

Too much political in travel and logistic vertical.Managers to keep their jobs safe do all unethical things to throw the subordinates who were great performers out of the organisation by frustrating them.

Work environment is too bad and that is the reason the bpo is shrinking . Too much politics and no work ethics .
