There is no growth n basically they hire on contract basis for their projects specially there was Process named as Rio Tinto

Dislikes

They always say to work overtime n does not pay a single penny for it ask for Saturday's to come

Timely training, maintain work life balance. No issues of leaves. Good environment.

Dislikes

Biased manager. Mangers do not value your work quality. Give opportunities only who buttering them all the time. I do receive many appreciation emails from my clients, but they mostly unnoticed. No appraisal for 1 year. Very less opportunity for career growth who does not buttering their manager. Very high work pressure.
