Dry promotion is the trend here the would give an opportunity under the pretext of internal recruitment and refuse to give it in written or a salary increase and if you would ask for it they would say management is not ready for it you should look somewhere else of course off records

They will hire you for ggn location then will force to shift greater noida office. As only testing and BPO projects are in ggn. >HR are not helpful. They only support management. >Few project's managers are good there and they are also struggling. >Most of managers and hire management are non technical. They only know the extreme politics which impact medium and lower level employees. >No one will help you in work, except your peers, if they are not in politics. >One very good person was working there from last 25 years, company fired him also. When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.

The only good thing (which turns out to be bad later) is they did the whole interview, offer release and onboarding process really fast

After joining, in the first week itself I got to know that they bulk hire. But they do not have any client requirements for so many resources. So it's all on your luck if you get the project well and good. Else, they force resignation after 3 months of bench period saying that this is their policy. Even on bench they want the resources to come to office 3 days a week where time gets completely wasted. And this has always been their pattern. Worst company to join. Tight deadlines, high expectations,expect employees to work long hours. Managers tend to micromanage, which makes it hard to take initiative or feel trusted in my role. Management sets deadlines that are unrealistic and doesn’t account for the complexity of projects, which leads to unnecessary stress. Promotions seem to go to certain ‘favorites’ rather than based on merit or performance, which feels unfair and demotivating.
