Work life balance and Job security is a good point while working at coforge

When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.

I like the facilities and cafeteria food also have good management and environment of this company as well as transportation they provide...

They are not yet upgraded there incentive program, they are still in old scheme and it has to be revised. People working at night shift are getting only ample.

There is nothing great about this company. It's ruled by families no matter how much hardwork you put in good rating and appraisal is given only to family members of the management. They just use and throw you, give you just days of notice to leave. They don't have much projects in hand but hire resources and fire them don't know the logic behind it. I got on well with other people, and really enjoyed working with them. at the same time, sometimes I had to put my work first, and make sure that, I completed what i needed to do. So, I would say that they would describe me as discplined, but friendly and supportive.

The company had quite good policies until 2022, but recently they have discontinued many employee-centric policies. The company is very client driven now with fewer employee-centric initiatives. Sometimes there are salary deductions, which requires addressing issues with management.
