Disclaimer - This review is written by Frustated Employee Why there is no option for zero star rating? All of the reviews are for new joiner, i think if they read review they never join. There is 8-9 Hours of shift timing but eventually it becomes 13 hours of shift without overtime money paid. Salary is 3 months late Human Resource department(only 1 person) treats employee like animals, always ready to give bachchan about company policy. Previously this company was very good but now it is not recommended at all, God should interfere in this matter. Company blocks 1 month's of salary, and employees wait for 1 month and then salary is delay to 2 months and eventually 3 months. Appraisals money is keeps on delaying, the issue is from clients and not from current company. Its not about the company problem its about clients, previously it was very great work. "Forget" ward was derieved by this company Full and Final Payment, you guessed it right Forget FNF. HR is also bound to Higher Management(only one person CEO).
