Just from the 1st day of joining you feel I joined the wrong Company.

Dislikes

No, one going to guide you for your projects. Team Leaders are working like a slave, even though you already describe your issue to your team leader's you are facing they blame you in-front of the boss. No learnings, No benefits, No appraisal, No job security. Worst company ever.
