Good work environment and culture.teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.compamy policies are good salary hike and bonus.

This is start up company salary is good career growth is little bit slow.management also improve to clarify some issuses.

Work Details

This is quite interesting. Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session.i learnt everything on the job.i got chance to wear multiple hats and helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
