1. Partiality happening in every step - They have a internal group with COO of the company. 2. Not giving salaries in time 3. Cutting salaries of employees on the basis of no particular reason. 4. No proper management, no proper system 5. You will feel like a school and the COO will consider herself as a principal. Very bad organization. Please don't join as it will make your life hell. There are many x employees who comes for their experience certificate and salary, this company has not even cleared the salaries of those employees and denying certificate. • After joining This company will take your one original certificate of education (Class X, XII, Graduation or post grad.) which itself is illegal. They consider this as a part of HR documentation. Very bad work structure. They will only prioritize the group, the COO herself is not well versed or experienced person, she is incapable to be a leader....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
