They just want their work, even if you die they don't care... No respect for your hardwork. Boss doesn't have any proper skills for development in his own industry, will infact interfere in your creative ruining all your creativity, he will force his way in designing everything saying his creativity is far more superior than yours even though you have spend your whole life in designing.
