My teammates are gud that time but after I left my job complete team change and all staff appoint Nepali in kitchen and in all staff from darjaling.....no job security very bed place for employe ....... Salary are normal... only u r learning about cocktails..... they not give me my last month service charge and very much attitude in owner (it's for Minakshi) Lamba sir is great and gud owner and give gud guide about cocktails...Read More

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
