Likes

Working experience is good. Salary and service charge is provided by the company. Every year diwali bonus are getting. Teammates are supportive and always motivated to achieve the goals.

Dislikes

1) There is no growth opportunities. 2) work timing is too much. 3)service charge is not getting on time since notebandi. But salary they are giving on time that's a good thing about coast cafe.

The job is good I learnt a lot of things there dealing with the guest is a best job I feel improve my communication skills there only.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
