There isn't a thing to like about. I saw 20 people quit from different brand in the span of 4months. Including the brand i worked for at one point i was the only person left to take care of whole store .

Dislikes

I would never ever recommend anyone to join Reliance retail, they treat employees like animals. I felt like I'm under slavery no freedom of speech and you are never given a leave even in case of emergency. They make employees work 12hrs straight and doesn't pays for that. There's monthly 1500 health insurance deduction which one cannot opt out of, my uniform was supposed to be given by the company but they asked me to buy and reimburse, but later when i left the job they deducted it from my salary. They expect alot for the little money they pay. Considering my experience in other retail sector this one was terrible. I have cried so many days due to torture and I quit in the end.
