Teammates are good and Supportive, but salary are not paid on time delays for 15~20 days, no hike given even after projects are on positive, always reasons on delaying salaries and notifies employees on 7th of every month on delay regarding salary, ctc claims are not paid on time and kpi achieved arr not paid as well.

Internal politics and Head HR is rude to employees and not employee friendly if any support or queries asked, way of handling employees by HR starts from No and Not upto mark.

Struggled a bit in beginning, after that reporting manager helped me a lot in understanding to deliver the things and management requirements on Product Service Support.
