There is a lot of politics and not anyone address issues. Salary growth is low.

The job is quite interesting ! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Staff was helpful in all manner.

Dislikes

The boss was rude in all angles. They don't know how to treat employee. they not increase salary for 2 yrs. Boss was not good. Be careful who joint there.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
