- Narrow minded people. - Internet usage restrictions. - Manager Maintains log of every punch in and punch out even for washroom break. - Every policy will be aded on demand of IT department who are actually workless and more interested in reading other employees skype chats and gossiping. - Wrong persons having more authorities. - For every single sentence employee have to be polite or it will be considered as a order and manager will scold on that by ignoring employees actual problem. - They dont have faith in employees for every sick leave you have to give proofs....Read More
