They have 2 directors ANUJ was amazing person on the hand Sagar CEO. Was rudest lair, Show off, over talker … That b@strd dont know how to talk to employees No job security and those Saturday second half Award ceramony and fun saturday was shit… There core Team sales member are favoured and so ungrateful that they dont help or give proper training….

The only good thing in cloudshope technologies is team outing.

Working as a business development manager involves lot of learning but you will not learn anything new year. No industry exposure, no formal trainings, no sales training. It is more of a kind of call center profile instead of business Development. They will keep forcing you do to cold calling and generate leads. Apart from that, there is a hell lot of internal politics which will give you mental trauma. Every single day you will end up feeling like giving resignation. Many of the employee who are not doing anything are getting appreciation because they are favourite of CEO & CTO. HR management is extremely poor and worst as there are no core employees with them.
