The Company lack of employee Satisfaction and doesn't prioritize it at all. They strictly enforce micromanagement, which only seems to increase day by day. there is no respect for corporate professionals, and they failed to adhere to standard corporate practices. Employee are harassed, especially if they don't hold critical dependencies. The CEO, who comes from a Non-IT background, treats employees more like a sales team or call center staff, with no regard for the specialized nature of IT work. It feels like employees are treated as servant, with the CEO acting as though paying a salary gives him the right to ignore personal emergencies and impose arbitrary rules. Policies and rules change frequently based on the company's convenience and the dependencies of employees, which severely impacts equality and fairness. if you are looking for a workplace where you can grow and thrive, this is no the right place for you.
