Higher management don't have sense how to talk to employees. Worst company to work with No holidays, no festivals nothing They themselves force employees to work on weekend and then question their efficiencies if asked for comp off

1- Salary will be credited for listing and getting mentally unstable. 2- Work from home totally, So that You will get a midnight call for your work updates. And if you have not done then you have to do it at that time, if not then next day ready for the mental harassment 3- You get a good behavior in the starting then they will start nice mental harassment so that they will have a good reason to fire you. 4- Boss is motivated to demotivate the employees. 5- Do more work for no credits. But full on free mental harassment. 6- Company is running on No vision and No Management. 7- No HR, only boss can do whatever he can at any time. 8- On time rules changed for each employee on the basic of boss mood and employees characters. 9- Free Mental Harassment. 10- Free Poor Health Certification. 11- Good Works No value no appreciation. 12- All time working with no appreciation....Read More

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
