Job security is assured. Until we leave from here we can work. Work culture requires patience. If you have patience to balance work-management-patients everyone can sustain here. No problem in salaries but yearly increment may delay or low pay will be incremented. But i firmly assure that management will not delay in transferring salary to our account within first week. Mostly by 1st working day management will pay us. Company policies need to be updated to current situation. But I'm feeling very proud that i have spent some days here. All the Consultants are excel in their knowledge. One can able to relieve from any pain, diseases once they land into my/this hospital within shortest duration. Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. No bond here. That is very bad.
