Few Staffs are really friendly, They always try to help you out but they are also facing same problem from upper level management

Dislikes

Low pressure of work as they transfer all works to a CA firm, 7 days working ( Sometimes they start loading and billing on Sunday and Public Holiday including Puja) Upper level management neither listen your opinion nor they will understand your lacuna to change anything, they will force you to do whatever they wants..
