This job is very for interesting for me, I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session, i learnt everything on the job, i got a chance to do multiple works and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same place.

Dislikes

Some people who aren’t supposed to be working, are still there and will work till retirement. They make the company culture pathetic and also they have no motivation to work rather will disrupt your work as and when needed. My focus on company and products, but many people's focus only in salary & pocket. they can't understand what is the actual needs of company. They can't think about company progress. But they focus only drop to someone's who take responsibility and fulfill the needs of company....Read More
