Technique of negative motivation was used which most of the time did not work for the employees and they ended up more unsatisfied with their work. TAs and DAs were uncleared for months or even years in some cases. Upper management was all about blame games. Rest everything's good until its time for the salary day. They claim to give salary on 10th of every month which is already quite late but during my total work duration, 80% of the time they failed to give it on time....Read More
