Hybrid Model for localites & remote work for outstation candidates. However, the management has stopped recruiting outside(Mumbai) candidates as they want to deploy hybrid model on a strict basis.

Dislikes

Nothing is systematic. No cooperation from higher management. Development scope is missing. No job stability. Anyone can loose a job with a notice of only 15 days from the company. However, if any employee wants to resign then they have to serve a notice period of 3 months and if there is any bond involved then they have to pay the amount involved in the bond.

The management has been compelled to implement layoffs due to the scarcity of projects, which has significantly affected employee morale and stability. Given the current trajectory, there is a substantial risk of the organization facing closure in the near future.
