Likes

The daily life environment is good. The Institute is affiliated by University of Bardwan. Therefore, work experience carries immense value. Salary is not in satisfactory mark. Innovation is always in tge organization.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

The dailylife balance is not good. You cannot cash your extra leaves at the end of a year. The salary is poor. Management is very weak and clumsy. No travel and career growth.

Promotions - Poor

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
