Not a good company to go to, management is not good and no process is followed here properly, as soon as you give feedback about the manager upon the HR asking over and over again, the target will be on your back and the management will either push you to put down your papers or they will move you out of the project, in this case, we had a pathetic manager named gurusamy and the hr did absolutely nothing for the sake of the candidate. and the hr name is Ranjitha. I hated working in the pathetic management and manager, hr was basically useless. I am working in the same field in a better organization now and see the absolute difference. If god forbid you end up in this company my advice to you is to get the best of the best hike before joining and leave after 1 year.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Work life balance when comes to working with Cigniti is horrible. I have even worked for 20 hours during release for a maintenance project. No vision. The management is old schooled. Won't get any promotion or salary hike

I joined as fresher in Cigniti and in one yr I got Hike with twice the package with which I have joined. Later yearly hike will be less compared to Earlier, but it will be more than MNC hike.
