No a great place to work if you really want to grow in your career

Work culture is not at all supportive if you are a women with small kids, or if you want to bring better changes. Management dances for everything client demands n puts team members in highlight n targets if sumthin goes wrong. K owing automation was a minus in this company as people with no automation knowledge n only manual testing knowledge gets into manegerial roles n starts showing insecurities n that’s where the growth stops. There is nothing one can like in this company. You will be fired any time, so there is no point of working in peace. All managers are since the company started, they believe they are the best and they are always best so you will never be valued. You are treated like a daily labor, you have to work as you are paid. It doesn't matter whether it is right or wrong, just follow the manager.
