No proper project planning with unrealistic deadlines and less manpower with last minute rushes to complete project. Difference in opinion in last minute rushes since many from other projects are put in to complete the work.

Exploitative Work Culture: The organization fosters a culture where employees feel like they are treated as mere servants rather than valued contributors. Employees are subjected to exceptionally long working hours, often extending to 14-15 hours a day, including weekends and public holidays. Lack of Work-Life Balance: The absence of a reasonable work-life balance is evident, as the company demands excessive time commitments, leaving little room for personal or family life. Frequent instances of work on weekends and public holidays further exacerbate the lack of balance. Ineffective Management: The management exhibits poor leadership skills and a lack of empathy towards employees. Egoistic tendencies within the management hinder effective communication and collaboration, contributing to a toxic work environment. Conclusion: In conclusion, my experience was far from positive.
