Dealing with public is highly risk and trouble , so learnt public administration and how to deal with different set of minds, learnt risk management and trouble shooting skills by dealing many grivences, team management is best part and became versatile and developed to adaptability

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
