Provide soft skill training sessions which is a good source of knowledge. Appraisals happen 2 times in a year.

The organization isn't employee centric at all. The management doesn't address issues. Inside team politics is at peaks. Senior managers are arrogant and get rude at times. The organization hire and fire employees as per their project requirements that sometimes leads to losing a talent from organization

I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training. I learnt everything about the job myself. Team members are helping here. I contributed in many projects which has boosted my confidence.

This company policy is not good. Because recently join but covid 19 company was emplyee termination with out intimate.

There was nothing to like about in that organisation. The environment was terrible to work at. It was like a government school that they are running and even if you complete your work your hours in the organisation they will still find a reason to fire you. The politics is on another level going on which is huge than Indian government as they can fire a person based on their communication with others(not in a bad way), their friendliness. They judge people on how one interact with other team members. It was one of the worst experience I had in my 3 years of career....Read More

Dislike I have already mentioned in above section, but I would never recommend to join the organisation as there is no job security, no former Hr policies, too much politics, no growth you’ll achieve rather than suffering there everyday if You are not bonded with your soul to any of the senior member. At the end you will still get fired without any reason even though you did your work on time. They can also fire you based on your high salary which they provided in the joining. Or else other seniors won’t be able to take this that a team member is getting equal salary as they are getting while being in the organisation for 5 years or so which is a normal thing as you get hike if you switch from one organisation to other but they will get jealous and make you get fired from the organisation....Read More
