Everything except 6 month appraisal. No one wants to continue working here after few months. No one listen you. Yo have to signs 2 years bond or more for which no one will tell you. It will be signed during the joining. So please read each and every line of the document very carefully. Another thing is when you joined this company, after few day HR will tell you that you are not in company budget so please decrease your salary OR we will terminate you. Their policies are to fire an employee because they keep on doing bulk hiring instead of quality hiring. If a person doesn't perform well for 2 to 3 months then they will fire immediately. They can do anything to stop their employees, recently they have introduced a new policy, if you have been assigned a new project then you cannot resign for the next 6 months.
