it's a good company if you want to execute your skills. i am working since 3 year from my point of view no problem related to work if you have capabilities for quick learning.

Chetu timing is 2:30 p.m. to 11.40 P.M. this could be reason. for me good timing and no problem. chetu provide cab facilities.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
