Yah! CHETNA was fabulous as work culture and management. It's policies were to excellent with the work, indicator's to implement in the field, health objectives modules were good to understand and implement for the community. Its job security is an average, cause it's just a contractual project with yearly appraisal. We were not an employed with that organization at all.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

It's compact meeting with TRIF is not enough worth it, cause TRIF rules-regulations were not much effective with change vectors in field. Other's we had much highly communicable gap analysis work in field, that were not enough good on impacts.

Work Details

Yah! Its was fantastic cause that work was my first in Carrier. Even i enjoyed my work so much. Communication with community and AAA training were so much satisfactional with that organization at all.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
