Well, The only thing I like about charms was their infrastructure. However, they are just liers.

Dislikes

There is a big list of dislikes. They lie a lot while doing sales and also there is no job security. They will keep on saying that post joining they will give you offer letter but they don't give you either even when u come near about completion of probation period they just chuck you out by giving unrealistic reasons and proof. In terms of Job security, they are pathetic. they don't even give salary for 1st six months in the account<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Their higher management like Kunal Mehra, Anmol Sharma, and kawalpreet Singh are big liers those who manipulate things and shows to the directors as per their will</mark>. They wasted my six months and even chucked me without real reason and in my experience of 8 years, it was the first time I have seen unprofessionalism. There is a lot of work preasure and they dont value your profesional and personal life.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
