They had a very good team but the management's ego ruined it especially CEO's. You will have to work on weekends and even late night but recognition is zero. If you are a good boot licker you can survive here. Job security is 0 they randomly hire and fire people. If you are skilled or even fast learner don't ever join Chaincode. Learning and working with different projects sometimes takes up your free time.There are late working hours and stringent timelines.Being a part of a growing company these challenges do take a toll on me. The work is very demanding as CCL is working in blockchain which is one of the cutting edge technologies.But then probably there is a lot of learning too..

Treatment of employees who wants to leave, I requested work from home to some illness, which was denied twice even after giving valid proof, when I applied for resignation, I was expecting a notice period, but I was released instantly, 1 month's salary was withheld, and also refused to provide any documentation that I could provide my next employer
