...in.So there is a lot of learning involved and future prospects are very bright .Another big positive is that they have the highest salary structure in place for the deserving people.The company values its employees,especially diversity. Job security is there and in fact ,it's one of the best companies that I have worked with.

Learning and working with different projects sometimes takes up your free time.There are late working hours and stringent timelines.Being a part of a growing company these challenges do take a toll on me. The work is very demanding as CCL is working in blockchain which is one of the cutting edge technologies.But then probably there is a lot of learning too..

Nothing to be liked except cafe

Very poor management. Not trustworthy, They change policies according to their needs. Do not have any projects. Don't know how long they will last. Either freshers or experienced should avoid this company.

Nothing is good about CCL. There you'll work and gave credit to another one who doesn't know about that project. Too much partiality and favouritism.

Lots of Work pressure, insufficient employee number. 2) false , lie, misleading statement about company work culture portrayed to new joining employee 3) Bad management 4) Scolding to freshers 5) Don't have holidays 6) Don't give leaves when you ask 7) Don't give Sick leave 8) Wrong job profile description 9) Removing employees without any reason 10) don't give Work from home.11) Bad behaviour of HR and Senior to employees 12) HR and Seniors interfare into employee's personal life
