...in.So there is a lot of learning involved and future prospects are very bright .Another big positive is that they have the highest salary structure in place for the deserving people.The company values its employees,especially diversity. Job security is there and in fact ,it's one of the best companies that I have worked with.

Learning and working with different projects sometimes takes up your free time.There are late working hours and stringent timelines.Being a part of a growing company these challenges do take a toll on me. The work is very demanding as CCL is working in blockchain which is one of the cutting edge technologies.But then probably there is a lot of learning too..

The company is in its commencement phase. Hence you would get lot of exposure with handling different activities. The company has its own cafe inside its office through which you can get stuff for yourself. You get 5000 credits per month which you can spend in the cafe.

Company is solely reliant on 1 client. No new projects whatsoever No job security Employees spend averagely about 6 months over here Just 1 project going on from 2-3 years No idea until when would the company's funding last

Lots of Work pressure, insufficient employee number. 2) false , lie, misleading statement about company work culture portrayed to new joining employee 3) Bad management 4) Scolding to freshers 5) Don't have holidays 6) Don't give leaves when you ask 7) Don't give Sick leave 8) Wrong job profile description 9) Removing employees without any reason 10) don't give Work from home.11) Bad behaviour of HR and Senior to employees 12) HR and Seniors interfare into employee's personal life

Chaincode gives you a lot of professional exposure. The company offers world-class training to learn new technologies and grow technically. The retention rate is very high. There is a friendly work culture like other top-tier companies like Microsoft. You interact with mentors from technical fields and learn from them. The leave policies are good and help one have a balanced work-life equation except for a few days. I have enough time to spend with my family and learn simultaneously. I also want to point out that there is a very flexible work structure for women. There is no gender bias. The ranking is purely based on competence. They have also opened a Chaincode Cafe wherein the company credits a specific amount in its employee's wallets each month. Additionally, all the items on the menu are at subsidized rates for the employees. Overall, I am happy working here.

Sometimes there is a lot of work pressure. The learning and working with different projects sometimes extends to the weekends also. There are strict timelines that you need to adhere to at all costs. Though it's learning, it also gets tiring. Otherwise, it's a great place to work and learn about MNC working culture and facilities.

Treatment of employees who wants to leave, I requested work from home to some illness, which was denied twice even after giving valid proof, when I applied for resignation, I was expecting a notice period, but I was released instantly, 1 month's salary was withheld, and also refused to provide any documentation that I could provide my next employer
