CCL has been very innovative in it's approach when it comes to designing policies for its employees.I am impressed with their open work culture where we have direct access to the senior management.The core area of business is the cutting-edge technology-blockchain.So there is a lot of learning involved and future prospects are very bright .Another big positive is that they have the highest salary structure in place for the deserving people.The company values its employees,especially diversity. Learning and working with different projects sometimes takes up your free time.There are late working hours and stringent timelines.Being a part of a growing company these challenges do take a toll on me. The work is very demanding as CCL is working in blockchain which is one of the cutting edge technologies.But then probably there is a lot of learning too.....Read More
