This company is a freak show. Where even managers are asked to take calls. No policies or procedures in place. If there was a negative rating, this would top the list. Management is like a gutter, only favourites and boot lickers get promotion and hikes. The one who is truly deserving will never get anything. The management will treat you like a live stock they treat you like you are a commodity and you are cheaper by the dozen. Agents are not told anything not even to follow correct procedures and guidelines because they are paid peanuts and no other skilled worker is ready to do the job with that kind of salary. To make matters worse the notice period of this company is 3 months. This is just a trap where the employee should loose all other opportunities that come his way during the notice period. As per Indian labour laws no company can have a notice period of more than 30 days. No one in the organisation is helpful. Not the HR not the management and I mean no one. So when there is nothing that a company can offer it is a waste of time joining that company and expecting growth. I dislike everything about CGS.

Work Details

Work life is again pathetic as no one follows policies and procedures, if there exist any. This is by far the worst company I have worked for. When you ask them for hike or a superior position they will only say work for peanuts or get lost.
